As GH expands, we are seeking two experienced freelance professionals to support complex, high-level, critical funding initiatives. Our current portfolio focuses on social service nonprofits, disability advocacy organizations, and education, to give a small sample size. These roles require strong technical skills and a team mentality — to increase the impact of the clients we serve.

Get Closer to Your Responsibilities.

• Draft compelling submissions to national and corporate foundations
• Collaborate with GH colleagues and client’s internal teams to position organizations for long-term funding success
• Lead development of competitive Pennsylvania state grant proposals
• Translate complex initiatives into clear, persuasive proposals for clients

Experience, Skills, Knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of grant writing experience
• Proven track record of winning national and corporate foundation funding
• Strength in working both independently and as a part of a client project team
• Ability to prioritize, work efficiently and act with urgency
• Executive-level writing ability: precise, strategic, and disciplined
• Demonstrated success securing Pennsylvania state competitive grants
