April 2025

We’re on 6.

We’re uptown, which is also known as the lower hill, in the FNB Financial Center…and we feel like we’re in the middle of everything. No FOMO here, just proximity to clients who count on us and a building we can’t stop bragging about. It’s tidy and techy and it’s about time!

It was 2019 when we first began thinking about moving to a new space. It was not a great year to make decisions about anything — as we and the world soon learned. When things very slowly got back to “normal,” we resumed our search, considering buzzwords like flexible space, hybrid work, and hyper collaboration.

Plus: What about parking?!

But then something magical happened: Our clients at FNB asked us to consider joining them in their new headquarters — and some things are just meant to be. That doesn’t mean the transition was totally seamless or especially speedy. If you’ve ever built a house, remodeled, or moved, you know what we mean. Time takes time, patience is a virtue, and good things come to those who wait. Cliches became our friend, and we stayed nimble.

In hindsight, we see how we rolled up our sleeves, worked together, took on unfamiliar tasks, and got the job done in a way that makes us proud.

And please remember, nuestra casa es tu casa…so visit.

Community LIFE is 25.

Getting older can be challenging. Community LIFE has made it easier for seniors for 25 years. That’s worthy of celebration so we helped launch a campaign with a lot of legs.

Community LIFE empowers older adults throughout five counties in Pennsylvania to live their best lives in their own homes with all-inclusive programming like Health and Wellness Centers, medical care, in-home care, transportation, and more. This year’s 25th anniversary theme is all about “My Community LIFE” to honor the people and the communities that support these seniors.

With the comprehensive programming Community LIFE provides, seniors can enjoy health, happiness, friendships, independence, and truly live their best lives. Who better to tell that story than the seniors themselves? Turns out they had a lot to say. We were able to share Community LIFE’s long-lasting and far-reaching successes through social media, print ads, and PR, and we also crafted a media plan to get the word out. Cheers to 25 years!

True story: Heroes shine in the darkest of times.

The Holocaust Center of Pittsburgh’s CHUTZ-POW! Superheroes of the Holocaust comic book series places stories of survivors’ courage, resilience, and sacrifice at the forefront of Holocaust awareness. We’re proud to support it and them with posters, social posts, and more.

While a comic book series and stories of the Holocaust may not seem like a natural fit, leave it to our friends at The Holocaust Center of Pittsburgh to use the unlikely medium to share vivid, historically accurate stories that defy the expectations of conventional superhero comic books.

Created for both general and scholastic audiences ages 12 and up, CHUTZ-POW! is a living testimony of perseverance and bravery created to directly connect contemporary audiences with some of the most important moral lessons of history. We are thrilled to be able to partner with them to promote this timely and important series.

Enhance, upgrade, migrate, repeat.

We gave the Center for Connected Medicine an assist in merging their website content with UPMC Enterprises…and added some bells and whistles, too.

We oversaw the process by migrating their posts, building new custom post types and templates, and developing new functionality to seamlessly accommodate their information and resources into the refreshed UPMC Enterprises website.

Key highlights include a refreshed home page, enhanced navigation and footer, refreshed blog post styling, and upgrades to icons. We could all use a little refresh once in a while!
