Megan is an accomplished nonprofit executive with over 20 years of experience in fundraising, strategic leadership, and organizational growth. She has a proven track record in transformative philanthropy, leading fundraising efforts for four capital campaigns that raised over $2 billion. Megan has played pivotal roles in three billion-dollar organizations, two Division I Power 4 athletic departments, and the LPGA Tour.

Specializing in family office philanthropy, capital campaign strategy, and philanthropic planning, Megan excels at aligning organizational missions with private resources to maximize impact. Her expertise extends to optimizing spending efficiency, ensuring that every dollar raised contributes meaningfully to an organization’s mission. Beyond her frontline work, Megan served as a member of the board for Casey’s Clubhouse, a South Hills-based organization that provides connection and opportunities for individuals with disabilities through the game of baseball. Her deep understanding of donor relations ensures that both charitable organizations and their supporters realize their full potential through innovative funding solutions and strategic partnerships.

Megan holds a B.A. in Public Relations and an M.S. in Sport Management from West Virginia University, along with post-graduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Raised in Pittsburgh’s Mon Valley, she and her husband Anthony and children, Owen and Cameron, reside in Upper St. Clair, Pa.
