Debbie has decades of experience working with advertising agencies in Pittsburgh, Chicago, and New York. She began her career at Della Femina McNamee and later held financial and operational roles at Werner Chepelsky, Brunner, and Gatesman, building deep expertise in operations, finance, and organizational leadership. She is known for driving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving strategic business goals.

As COO at GH, Debbie leads day-to-day operations with a strategic and results-driven approach and oversees Finance, Human Resources, and agency operations. She holds a seat on the Board of Directors, providing financial oversight and strategic guidance, and oversees the company’s ESOP plan, ensuring compliance and effective administration. She graduated from Robert Morris College with a Business degree in Information Technology, which provided a strong foundation in data management, technology, and finance.

Born in Pittsburgh and raised in Lawrenceville, PA, Debbie now resides in Allison Park with her husband, Joe, and their dog, Roxie. Their two children, Valerie and Joe, are adults and live on their own. In her personal time, Debbie enjoys hockey and shopping.
