Billie Kellar

Billie is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in people operations, organizational development, and culture-building within fast-paced, growing organizations. With more than a decade of experience in HR and talent management, Billie has led initiatives across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, performance management, and leadership development. She is known for balancing strategic vision with practical execution, ensuring HR programs not only support business objectives but also enhance the employee experience. In her role, Billie partners closely with leadership to build strong teams, support growth, and foster a workplace culture.

Billie holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Walden University. She lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with her husband and their three children. Outside of work, Billie is deeply involved in her community, volunteering with youth sports organizations and school-based initiatives, and can often be found cheering from the sidelines at her children’s games.
